Fruit Bouquet

This order was a bit out of my normal dos but being a person who is always willing to try new things & up for a challenge, I accepted this order from Ms. STS. Actually STS informed me of her intention months ago....I have to admit that I've done some simple hantaran ( wedding / engagement gifts ) for immediate families before, but never for orders...Even 'warned' STS on this fact but thankfully she simply gives me the 'green light' to just go ahead :-) And I gladly accepted...Give me a chance to try my skill...Ha..ha...If I got it, that is!!

STS order was for a fruit basket, a gift for her cousin's engagement...I was quite nervous as it has been a while since I did my last one...To tell the truth,  there are a few 'projects' that I wanted to try my hands on and this particular style is one of it...

STS request was quite simple - the bouquet has to be pink themed, simple yet elegant...I was so excited about this project that I took some time doing it...Just enjoying every moment of the process :-P I've also taken some step-by-step photos of STS's fruit bouquet :-P

At the time I'm typing this, STS had already picked up the fruit bouquet and she was kind enough to sent me a mobile message saying everyone loves it....Phew! I just love the feeling when someone's happy with my products / hand-work...Now I can have a peaceful sleep at nite :-P

Wedding Favor Cookies

After being busy with Mother's Day & May orders, love is still lingering in the air for me...and it feels so good to bask in those feelings :-x Those lovey dovey feelings were also my inspiration in creating these wedding favors...

To be honest, apart from my family, I'm so sooooooooooooooo blessed with a group of close friends whom I considered as my extended family and Ms. RR is certainly one of them....Being such a humble person & always on hand with great advises whenever I need it, she's just like a wise elderly sister to me...Her family is such a loving family & I truly adore the love they have for one another! A great & sweet family indeed! It's sad that I couldn't see them as often as I would like as they are not living in Malaysia but whenever we could, we'll try to meet up and spend as much time as possible....

Recently when RR mentioned that her brother is getting married, I couldn't think of any great present to give the bride & groom...I then decided to bake a specially made wedding favors for them instead...It's also my way of thanking RR for the years of friendship that we've shared ;-)

I wanted to make something personal & special for the newly wed so I played around with those edible thingy...I've tried cookies with edibles before but I have to admit that this is my first wedding favor cookies :-P

While doing the wedding favor cookies, I took some time to create some other deco patterns - just for the fun of it :-P

Making these cookies really inspired me and I'm looking forward to creating other kind of wedding favors...Cramming my brain for ideas as I'm typing this...*Thinking mode ON*

Surprise Is Waiting For Ritz Passion's 2,000th Visitor

My blog just received it's 1,000th visitor!!! Truly did not expect that my blog will even have any visitors when I first started "Ritz Passion" :-P

How to 'Print Screen':- 

1. Once you are on the page that stated you are the 2,000th Visitor ( see top left of Ritz Passion's blog page ), press the button/key 'PrtSc' on your keyboard.
2. Minimize your window & go to your 'Start Button' ( see bottom left of your screen ). Click that button/key and look for 'Paint'.
3. Click on 'Paint' and a new window will pop up. On your top left, you will see a 'Paste' icon. Click on that icon & your 2,000th Visitor page will be loaded.
4. Once this is done, proceed with saving the file by clicking the 'Save As' and name your file accordingly in JPEG file.
5. Email me the file together with your details.

Oh my!! I truly did not expect this!!...The "1,000th Visitor Contest" was posted at 1:54pm today and already we have a winner!!! Ritz Passion has found it's 1,000th Visitor!!!

Personalized Cookies

A special & personalized cookies for a special girl...This was ordered by my dear friend, Ms. ME for her daughter's birthday recently. Her daughter is also one of my many god-daughters & I adore her tremendously!

I had so much fun baking & decorating these cookies - ginger & chocolate flavors...Wanted to do my best for my god-daughter, Nana...I have to admit that my heart will always be filled with lots of love each time I bake my cakes & cookies, much much more when I'm baking it for my loved ones ;-)

To ME & family, especially my dear sweet Nana, hope you enjoyed the cookies...Many thanks for your orders ;-) Last but not least, to my dear child Nana, 'Happy 7th Birthday' dear & may you grow up to be a sweet & beautiful girl...Hugs & kisses for you! Muahhhhhhhh!!!
