Marshmallow Brownies

Hi there sweeties!

Just a simple posting on one of my goodies. Marshmallow Brownies to be exact :-) A chocolaty brownies mixed with toasted peanuts & marshmallows on the inside & topped with chocolate ganache & more of those fluffy marshmallows :-)

This was ordered by sweet Ms. Edura for her family gathering, all two sets of it :-) Thank you dear Edura for your order & for always supporting Ritz Passion. It was an honor indeed to bake for you :-) Big hugs & kisses ✗o✗o

Chocolate Marshmallow Brownies

My goodies lovers are indeed the best! Not only are they always in my corner supporting me, they also never stop encouraging me in my work...So much so that at times they are even willing to order & try out my new products without any hesitation :-) I am indeed very lucky to have such great supporters. Thank you, you lovely bunch! *flying kisses to each & every one of YOU!*

One of my strongest supporter & goodies lover is my dear sweet Ms. Anim. I honestly wouldn't have made it this far if not for her constant support, feedbacks & never ending encouragements all these years. Yes, years! When I'm insecure about my goodies, she'll be the one urging me to simply do my best & just enjoy my baking journey...When I feel my goodies are never good enough compared to other bakers, she'll be the one telling me to never compare my goodies to others but rather create my own kind of goodies. And best of all, she never fails to order my goodies for all her family's event, from birthdays to weddings or even for her family's eating pleasure :-) 

This time around she wanted to try a different kind of brownies so I whipped up this Chocolate Marshmallow Brownies for her :-) A chocolaty brownie with loads of peanuts & gooey marshmallow on the inside, topped with more marshmallows & chocolate chips :-)

A chocolaty treat...Full of almond nibs...Topped with chocolate ganache...and lastly, sprinkled with loads of almond slices. Yup, that's basically a description of my Chocolate Almond Brownies ;-)

Cupcakes & Brownie Goodies

It always warms my heart when family, friends & customers chooses my goodies to grace their special occasions...Much more so when it's from a new customer :-) Not only do I get to share my goodies with them, but it also opens up a path to new friendships :-)

I was recently honored to be given a chance to know a very sweet lady by the name of Ms. Zaheeda. Though we have never met before, I was smitten by her sweet & friendly ways. She really had me at 'hello' via her mobile messages :-) Zaheeda initially requested a brownie which she would like to send to her aunt in Oman & somewhere along the way, she added a set of cupcakes for her mum as well :-)

I guess receiving new customers really made my day & help boost my confidence that I decided to try something new for Zaheeda's cupcakes deco :-P The deco might not be new to those professional bakers but as a novice, I was pretty excited about my new project, hand-made fondant flowers :-P It's nothing fancy or elaborate though as I really don't know how to do it *blush* I do have to start somewhere, right? Do or die, as I've always say :-P

Brownies, Cupcakes & A Wedding

Yes, I finally did it! My first wedding order :-P Phew! After weeks of sleepless nights & days of anticipation, my first big wedding order went on smoothly, much to my delight!...I have to admit that it was such a wonderful experience ( and definitely a nerve-wrecking one! )...My expectation to excel in this project was over the top as I'm doing it for one of my special & strongest supporter, Ms. SHAR ( by now she's Mrs. Jas ) ;-)

When SHAR first approach me with her 'dessert table' idea, I was pretty ecstatic...and when she further told me that she wants me to do her 'dessert table' goodies, my jaw practically dropped! Me? Baking for a large wedding reception?....I was so nervous that SHAR practically had to cajole me several times :-P Not wanting to disappoint SHAR, who is not only my strongest supporter, but also a great friend, I finally agreed to cater her 'dessert table' goodies...

Armed with the support of family & friends who encourages me that I can do it & with the help of a fairy, Ms. RR ( thank you so much for your help & tips ), here are the goodies I've prepared for SHAR's special day :-)

I have to admit that throughout this experience of mine, one of my proudest moment was seeing my cupcake tower...It may be just a normal sight to some of you, but it's a sight that will always have a sentimental value to me...I was all giggly & smiling with happiness after setting up my cupcake tower :-P I even made some special wedding theme cupcake picks @ toppers to add on SHAR's cupcakes...From I first start setting up the cupcake tiers to putting the last minute touches on the cupcakes, it generated quite a stir from others who passed by...I was beaming with pride ( give me a chance! it's my first tower after all...he..he...) when the official wedding photographer showed a keen interest in my cupcake tower & he even snapped lots of photos of it :-P Here are some of my personal snapshots...

Brownies For The Team

Yes, I'm wishing each & every one at Celcom's Sales Planning Team a "Selamat Berpuasa" & may your Ramadhan be a blessed one.

This simple Almond Brownies was ordered by Mona for her Team's brunch today...I intended the deco to be simple, just lots of almond & my ever so 'beautiful' ( NOT!!! ) writing...I still have trouble with my hand-writings!!! Any tips to improve it? :-P Anyway, after some tweaking from my part, it ended up a wee bit colorful :-P After writing Mona's message on the brownies, I find  it to look kind of bland...As a very last minute decision ( with so little time to spare! ), I decided to 'bling' it & simply added some Nips chocolate as a border...Not so sure if I've made it better or worse...He...he...

Yes, as much as I hate to admit it, I am guilty as charged!....Guilty for not up-dating this blog of mine for quite some time :-(

Lots of things happened that I was practically gropping to find some time in updating my blog. After much time planning, only today I managed to find & secure some spare time...Sigh!

To those wondering what happened to me, well, after my terrible high-fever, I was whisked of for some healing time...Hate to leave my oven behind but I guess it's better for me to heal 100% first in order for me to enjoy my baking in d future, rite?...
