Candylicious Princess Cupcakes

I'm not sure about others but to tell you honestly, I always...always...& I really mean ALWAYS get super excited when I'm asked to do goodies for children :-) There's just something magical about making goodies for them :-) Not sure what it is but I assumed it's the 'little kid' that we have inside of us, no matter how grown up we are ;-)

Imagine my excitement when I'm asked by Ms. Chia Ying to make a set of birthday cupcakes for her little daughter ( or was it niece?...Geez, old age is really catching up with me! ). Her request was for a Chocolate Fudgy Cupcakes with a mix of some Candylicious Cupcakes. And the part that I was so excited about was obviously the theme/decoration :-P After much discussion over the phone, I understand that Chia Ying wanted a sweet pink color theme and that she wish to incorporate some Disney's Princesses on the cupcakes...How cute a theme, right?

Anddddddddddd....Here's my take on it ;-)

Seriously, one of the best time everrrrr! I had sooooo much fun making this :-) I even made some extra cupcakes loaded with candies as gifts! :-P

Sincere thanks goes out to Chia Ying for choosing my goodies & for giving me the chance to create her cupcakes. I do hope that she had enjoyed it & that it brought a big smile to little Chloe's face :-)

Hhmmm...Suddenly I feel like watching some Disney's cartoon :-P Probably something with princesses in it ;-)

Toodle-loo & a very good night to all! ( it's 1:40am on my side of the world, in case you're wondering ) :-P

Much love! ✗o✗o

Family Tree Cupcakes

With ribbons & cake boards strewn around me and not to mention me being surrounded with cupcakes & cupcakes toppers, it was a 'lil bit like being in one of those 'DC Cupcakes' episodes :-P Auwww...come on, a girl can dream, rite? ;-)

Urrmmm...As you can surely notice ( by looking at the date on the cupcakes ), this is definitely a much...much...MUCH backdated post! Ngeeeeeeeeeeee! Am soooooo guilty of 'neglecting' my blog :-( Well, to be honest, I don't mean to do so but busy baker me was sort of 'buried' in the kitchen under tonnes of flour these last few weeks ( or should I say months! ) and couldn't get to my lap-top fast enough to update my blog. Am soooo guilty! *sad face*

Anyway, this unique looking cupcakes was the brainchild of Ms. Tanti, a dear friend & loyal customer of mine :-) She wanted to do something different to celebrate her daughter's 1st birthday & came up with a family tree theme. What she didn't tell me was how to go about doing it *eekkkkkkkkkk!!* All I got from her was a rough idea on how she wants it to be ( plus a drawing of her family tree ) & the rest, as she sweetly say to me, 'I'll leave it up to you'...*oh dear...oh dear*

After much figuring around & some wild imagination, I finally came up with an idea of making a simple yet sweet family tree birthday cupcakes for little Ms.Tya ( that's the name of Tanti's daughter ) :-P

Tya's Pink & White Theme Family Tree Cupcakes

Ain't She The Cutest? Yup, That's Tya, The Birthday Girl

Vanilla & Choc Chips Cupcakes With Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting

Truthfully, the cupcakes set was quite HUGE! I could see from the look Tanti gave me when she picked up her goodies, that even she didn't expect it to be that huge *giggles*

I had to admit that it was really fun doing this project...It sort of give me a glimpse of what it would be like being in those 'DC Cupcakes' episodes...Ha! Ha! Yea...yea...Me & my dream world! *blush* On a serious note, I sincerely would like to thank Tanti & her family for trusting me to come up with such a unique goodies for dear cute Tya's birthday. It was indeed an honor to be a part of her special day :-)

Tanti, thank you for always being there to support me & this new found passion of mine. Big hugs to you sweetie!

Here's a sweet message that Tanti took the time sending to me :-)

"Sedap flavor tu! Suka sangat. Choc chips pun byk ;)"

Translation:-

"The flavor is delicious! Love it. The choc chips are extra as well ;)"

Till my next post ( which I hope to be soon! ), sending much love to all ✗o✗o

♥ Little Elves Of Love ♥

The thought of me being able to spread my love to others through my goodies was the MAIN reason on why I decided to leave my 9-5 job & venture into this home-based business of mine...Yes, I honestly wanted to share my love as I have soooo much to share :-) Little did I know that in time, without me even realizing it, my goodies has worked it's magic on it's own...Now, instead of me spreading love to others, in turn, it's me who's getting love from others! Magic, right?! :-) Who would have thought that a little something like cupcakes, cakes or even cookies could bring so much love...

Looking back, I honestly could say that my little elves a.k.a goodies have done wonders in brightening up my life, especially when it comes to friendship & relationship :-) I'm blessed with so many wonderful new friends, local & abroad...strengthened the love between myself & my good old friends...bringing my family closer than ever...Gosh! Just so many blessings! And the best part of it all, not only does it affect my life, but others as well! :-) I lost count the number of times I've received a 'thank you' note/message from others saying that my goodies has helped them mend a relationship...or even that my goodies has made someone's love for each other grew so much stronger...or that my goodies simply brighten up their day! Those are the things I lived for & am just grateful that I'm able to take part in spreading & sharing love :-)

This brings me to sweet dear Ms. Syikin...An acquaintanceship my little elves a.k.a goodies played a part in :-P Yes, my acquaintanceship with Syikin started out from an order which was  placed by Syikin's close friend, dear Ms. Halifah. Halifah ( who's now a loyal fan of Ritz Passion's goodies...Yeayy! Love you dear! ), initially ordered a set of cupcakes to celebrate both their close friend, Ms. Dat's birthday. That was where Syikin got to know about me & my goodies :-) Now, in turn, Syikin approached me & ordered a set of cupcakes to celebrate Halifah's birthday :-) Beautiful right just how goodies help form friendship? ;-)

Syikin's request was for a set of Red Velvet Cupcakes & for the deco, she wanted me to do something sweet for Halifah...Lucky for me, from the short time I got to know Halifah, I knew exactly the kind of things she likes ;-)

Red Velvet Birthday Cupcakes

Oh dear...oh dear! I'm lagging wayyyyyyyyyyyyy behind on my post - AGAIN! Bahhhhhhh! :-( My bad! Juggling between my daily house chores, attending to goodies orders, baking and not forgetting my 1001 other routines, at times it feels as though I'm running a non-stop marathon :-P I do feel bad about putting my blog on hold while I rush out other more important stuffs but I do try my best to keep it as updated as I possibly could ( which obviously I'm failing! ) *blush* Good news though, I'll be taking a two week TLC ( tender, loving & care ) break soon ( yipee yeay yeay! ) & hopefully during those time I could catch up on my blog's post ( or should I say postssssssss! ) *wink*

Ohhhh! I'm already imagining myself by the beach typing away on my laptop :-) Okay...okay...I'm getting dreamy-eyed already! Back to my post....

These Red Velvet cupcakes was an order I made for a new customer of mine, Ms. Hamiza. Truth be told, I owe Hamiza thousands of apologies :-P You see, she first contacted me to order a birthday cake for her son's birthday but due to my knee deep goodies order at that time, as much as I wanted to, I was unable to take in hers. I really felt bad about disappointing her that day but thankfully she understood my situation. I was indeed excited when she contacted me again & gave me another chance to bake my goodies for her :-) Thank you so much Hamiza for your understanding & patience. I sincerely appreciate it :-)

Panic Button Activated!

Aina, a dear friend & a very supportive customer of mine, managed to activate my 'panic button' a few weeks back with her last minute cake & cupcakes order. Ngeee! Thanks Aina for nearly giving me a heart attack! *grin*

Truth be told, she actually did inform me of her intention to purchase some goodies to celebrate her hubby & daughter's birthday a few days before. Unfortunately, due to her busy schedules & stuffs, she totally forgot & only managed to confirm her order a day before the intended collection date! Imagine my shock the night I received Aina's text! To top it all, I was already swarmed with cupcakes order during that time...

Relenting to Aina's 'sweet pleas' ( ha! ha! she's good at this! ) & most of all, not wanting to disappoint her, I agreed to bake her goodies. There goes my beauty sleep! :-P

The Full Set - Carrot Cake & Orange Poppy Seed Cupcakes

I do worry A LOT when I bake/make a last minute order & I was extremely worried about Aina's reaction on her goodies! Being the usual meticulous me, I always strive for perfection...I'm not called 'Monica' ( a character from the TV series, 'Friends' ) for no reason, rite? Ha..ha...

Thankfully Aina gave me the sweetest of smile when she collected & saw her goodies :-P Phewww! All those nerves & worries are such a killer!

To my dear Aina, thank you so much for all the support & of course, your undying confidence in my goodies :-) Despite all the panicky moments, I did enjoy making your cake & cupcakes :-) Another experience I'm taking along in my quest to be a better baker ;-)

P/S -  Aina, I rejoice the day when both your daughters came up to me & said they loved the cake & cupcakes :-) Simply make all the panic & worry so, so worth it! Hugsssss to both of them :-)

Mickey & Minnie Mouse Birthday Cupcakes

Walt Disney's Mickey & Minnie Mouse have always had a special place in my heart...Not only do I grow up watching each & every one of their shows, they also symbolize 'youth' to me in my adult life...Mickey & Minnie Mouse never fails to make me feel like a kid as each time I see Mickey & Minnie Mouse, I'll get transported to my childhood years....I sure miss those care-free years! :-P

I recently had another sweet memory associated with Mickey & Minnie Mouse, only this time it involved my baking ;-) My 1st attempt at making Mickey & Minnie Mouse cupcakes was highlighted in The Cupcake Blog, which is one of the US top cupcakes blog. Truth be told, I'm still giddy with excitement over this :-P A huge deal when you're a novice baker like me *big grin* Special thanks to Amanda from The Cupcake Blog, for giving me the extra boost in pursuing my passion :-)

The month of March had been a great month for me when it comes to Mickey & Minnie Mouse as I was again honored to be given a chance to bake yet another set of Mickey & Minnie Mouse cupcakes. This time it was an order from a new customer of mine, Eileene of Kota Damansara. It's always a pleasure to receive new customers & Eileene is no exception. She's such a pleasant person to talk to. Eileene wished to order a birthday cake cuppies for her daughter, Renee, who's celebrating her 3rd birthday.

Renee is such a huge fan of Mickey & Minnie Mouse according to Eileene and with this in mind, I set out to bake Renee's special birthday cake cuppies...

Mini Town Cupcakes

Parents to baby Khayr, Lilia & Khairul are such a devoted & loving parents that one simply can't resist sharing their joy & delight in bringing up their one and only son. Honestly, from the first time I met Khayr, I've fallen head over heels in love with him! He's such a bubbly & happy baby, infact I honestly could say that he's THE happiest baby I've met so far...and I've met quite a number of babies :-) Just thinking about Khayr makes me want to squeeze him in my arms & hear those contagious giggles of him :-P

It's a no brainer then on why I got all excited ( practically jumped with joy! ) when I received a call from Lilia, telling me of her intention in ordering a birthday cuppies to celebrate Khayr's 1st birthday. What an honor!

So excited was I over this that I decided to do a special birthday cuppies for Khayr - his own 'Mini Town'! An idea which was inspired from one of my best childhood toy, Lego :-) I really had so much fun doing the cupcakes deco. It kind of transported me back in time :-P

Cupcakes For A Cutey Pie

Yes, 'cutey pie' is the only way I could describe Elzahra...With her fair skin, round eyes & curly hairs, it took a lot of effort for me not to squeeze her in my arms each time I see her :-) What a cutey she is!

It was her birthday a few weeks back & mumsie, Reen, requested a pink & blue themed birthday cupcakes to grace her special day.

To Reen & family, thank you so much for allowing my goodies to grace your special occasion & for inviting me to be part of the celebration. I'm so humbled by your gracious hospitality. Truly enjoyed myself :-) Thanks so much for everything. Hugsssssssssssssssss!!

Reunion Cupcakes & Toppers

I've always considered myself so lucky for being blessed with such supportive & loving friends...Friends that never fail to encourage me to follow my dream & passion. One such friend is my dear Mona, who's not only one of my BFF, she's my 'cheerleader', my 'food-tester' & best of all, she's also one of my regular customers :-) Thanks sweetie!

I can never thanked her enough as not only is she supporting me through her words of encouragements, but she went the extra mile by introducing my goodies to her other friends as well!

Recently ( much to my delight! ), Mona introduced my goodies to one of her office-mate, Ms. Maz Aznee. From Maz's first e-mail, I could already sense what a jovial & happy-go-lucky person she is. I liked her the moment I received her peppy e-mail :-P Maz mentioned that she's having a school reunion & wishes to order my Chocolate Moist cupcakes with butter cream. Knowing what a special occasion it was ( plus I was feeling generous at the time! ), I added chocolate ganache to top the Chocolate Moist cupcakes :-P ( I loveeeeeeeeeeeee reunions! ) Oh! I also did some hand-made cupcake toppers ;-)
